Release the Hounds Entry 2

After countering Mason the Masked Mirror Mip back at the Chamber of Water, Mitch knew what he was in for. The news about him was true. He was no ordinary unholy hybrid. He was a monster of a hybrid. He even knew Mitch’s blindness which can be used as an advantage for him when he encounters him again. This has horrified Mitch that even his skin begins to crawl and his spine to tingle. He needs to be very aware of his surrounding and not let his guard down, not even for one second. Now he knows this means business. He will no longer let his foolishness get the best of him. He needs to get that abomination of a troll or else it will be a huge genocide of all of the Watery-Eyed Weeping Woozles and other possible victims in this world that Mason can get his dirty paws on to kill. The icy colored Gallumphing Gimmer wasn’t going to give up, not now, not ever.

The Blacklick Woods was the next destination for Mitch to go to. With the Prism Badge he had receive after his first encounter with Mason, he was able to go to that place and find him. The crystal glowed as it allowed Mitch to enter into the woods. It was filled with many pine trees as he journeys on to find the Masked Mirror Mip. As he goes through this wooded area, he used his sense of hearing and smell to track him down. Any sound or scent could mean Mason is close by. He was alert to any sound that he hears in the Blacklick Woods. From birds chirping to chipmunks scurrying, still no sign of the unholy hybrid. That was until a twig snapped. Mitch got alarmed by the sound. He knew he found him. He found Mason.

The Masked Mirror Mip appeared from the shadows of the pine trees. After coming out of the shadows, the hybrid with his light yellow fur grinned innocently on his diamond shaped mirror. He replied in an innocent matter, “You have found me yet again, Gallumphing Gimmer. Why are you so eager to catch me? I have done nothing wrong to anyone, especially you.”

“Cut the act, Mason.” replied Mitch, “You are not fooling me and I bet you done the same with the other victims that you killed.”

Knowing that his innocent act was working, Mason tried a different approach. He used Loving Praise on Mitch. Mitch was getting hypnotized as Mason made his move. Mitch tries to resist it as Mason was chuckling sinisterly at his work. Mitch then had an idea. He began to hit himself with his large hands to wake up from the hypnotism. Mason seeing this, takes the opportunity to transform into in his Flaming Mode before Mitch has the upper hand. He then launches at Mitch by pinning him down but the Gallumphing Gimmer used his Grab move and swung him to one of the pine trees. The unholy hybrid was in pain and fled from the scene to never be seen until their next counter.
